Norton Server Error

I continue to have the server error when trying to move to Norton - I have read through many posts and a suggested solution from BT but to no avail. Can anyone suggest how I can get Norton installed - none of the suggestions in this forum or on BT/Norton websites have proved successful I just keep going round in a loop.

Hi @pc1121 That's why you're getting the server error. Login to MyBT on a web browser, click Your details then Profile. Once on that page, there is an option to Edit your username.

If you change it to an email address it should allow you to update to Norton.
