WiFi Hot Spots - New BB customer

Morning all,

Just waiting for my line activation, about 10 days off.

the app suggests I should download the WiFi app to get access to the BT hotspot network while I wait.

however, if I try to log in with my BT creds, it doesn’t recognise?

any tips?

cheers, but the problem I’m getting, is that when I try to log in, it won’t recognise my credentials.

if I log in to my by account normally, it works fine and I can see my order.

just appears to be the WI-FI hotspot app/Account

Are you using the BTWifi App or using a web browser?

Do not post it on the forum but is your BTID an email address?

Yes, it’s email address. Have tried both the app and the website

App tells me it’s unable to access my credentials, website just tells me to enter the correct credentials.

I can log into my BTID fine on the BT site and can see my order progressing.

I know they said use it while you are being “set up”, but might it be that it’s just not linked, or an opt in has been missed?
