    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi ,&amp;nbsp; Since installing the My BT Android app I have been unable to log in. Every time I try I just get the message "Sorry, something went wrong.&amp;nbsp; Please try again."&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I've tried clearing the cache, deleting and re-installing the app, but nothing works. I know I'm using the correct username and password as I can login online to My BT. Anyone have any ideas as to how to reset the app so it works?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
