    <description>&lt;P&gt;Although my hub says BT WiFi is active I do not see any BT WiFi connections listed under available networks on my computer or mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Though as the set up/settings page through the MyBT webpage won't bring up any information I am unable to check any further.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just checking the hub log for the last time it did a reboot I see&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;00:00:39, 01 Jan.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;wl0:WLAN has been deactivated (BTWifi-X) (band : 5GHz).&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;00:00:39, 01 Jan.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;wl0:WLAN has been deactivated (BTWifi-with-FON) (band : 5GHz).&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;00:00:39, 01 Jan.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;wl1:WLAN has been deactivated (BTWifi-X) (band : 2.4GHz).&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;00:00:39, 01 Jan.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;wl1:WLAN has been deactivated (BTWifi-with-FON) (band : 2.4GHz).&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;So it would appear the status page is not correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <title>BT Wifi App says "not opted in"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having trouble trying to connect to BT WiFi when out and about.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I enter my login details into the app it says "Not opted into BT Wi-Fi" although it has worked in the past.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Smart Hub status screen says&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; BT WiFi status = Active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to MyBT "Manage BT Wifi" and tick the agree to T&amp;amp;C box and click on Set Up Now after a delay it just comes back to the manage page again and just loops and goes round in circles. So I don't know were to go from here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything I can try ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or is there a specific person/number to contact ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;have you tried connecting to the BTWIFI on your own hub and see if that connects&lt;/P&gt;</description>
