Why cant I see extras In mybt to set/change parental controls?

Thank you for posting. To be able to set up Parental Controls you need to make sure your My BT is set up with account holder status.

If you have the Account holder status if you follow the steps on - How to set up Parental Controls you'll find all the steps you need to follow.

Please give that a try and let me know how you get on?

Thanks for the pointer, just to let you know the settings are not In manage my extras, they show up in your security.
