Is there anyway to cancel the BT sport monthly pass online ? It says it is so easy but it isn't. You keep being asked to log in and then asked to buy. You just cannot cancel this service .

I've never seen an online cancel option - but then Sky and Virgin don't provide one either.

I think they want to talk you out of it - maybe by offering incentives.
