Hi,

Should I enable windows firewall even if I have Norton virus protection?

Yes, if you only have Norton AV.
No need if you have Norton Internet Security. That will manage the Firewall.

I think the Baron meant the second bullet point in his post.

You would be just as well protected by simply using Windows Defender and ditching Norton.
