    <description>My bad - the .exe did install, just that I saw no message confirming install so thought it hadn't.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I believe I can't delete my own post, hence posting this reply.</description>

      <title>BT Cloud 21.12.15 client not installing on Windows 11</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Windows 11 laptop, no previous install of BT Cloud client on there. I've downloaded the BT Cloud client from&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/cloud/download" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/cloud/download&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Double clicking to start the install simply gives me a splash screen then nothing happens. I am the admin on my laptop, so unsure why the install doesn't proceed. I've tried rebooting =&amp;gt; no difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I perhaps need to install an older version first ? The guidance at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/set-up-bt-cloud/how-do-i-set-up-bt-cloud-" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/set-up-bt-cloud/how-do-i-set-up-bt-cloud-&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;makes no mention of this though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Guidance appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
