HELP Certain websites or apps do not work.

Whenever I open an app like TikTok, Whatsapp discord, ect it does not load at all.

On Pc i get this error when trying to visit discord.com

discord.com uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Do the apps work if you are using 4g or if using another wireless connection such as at a friends house?

Log on to your MyBT and go to "Your Security" and check that "Web Protect" is turned off.

For some reason everything works now but my upload speeds are terrible..
