Parental controls not blocking anything

My BT parental controls stopped working on all devices a few weeks ago, including mobiles, iPads, Windows, Android and Linux devices. I am using BP DNS and no VPN. The controls are active and not time-limited. Prior to this content was blocked successfully (offensive sites, youtube etc.).

I am using custom filter including Pornography, Obscene and Tasteless, Media streaming etc. and have the following URLs also blocked specifically but still have access to Youtube, bbc.co.uk, Netflix etc.

Please help me to enable the Parental Controls as currently all categories of content can be accessed.
