Can connect to the BT wifi hotspot, but I can't access the BT hotspot website to login

I bought a 1 day pass with the BT Wi-Fi hotspot. I logged into my account and was able to surf the net just fine.

However, now it doesn't work. I can still connect to the wifi hotspot just fine, but I can't access the BT site so I can login and continue surfing.

Is this a common problem? I've tried multiple devices and the same problem still happens.

Appreciate any explanations or pointers. Thanks.

To get to the BTWifi landing page try typing https://www.btwifi.com:8443 into your browser.

If that doesn't help and if you are still within the day that you activated the pass you should call the BTWifi Help line 0800 022 3322
