&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry that your having this problem with the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using Android or IOS?&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried uninstalling the app and installing it again as this often resolves issues?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/301582"&gt;@Empy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the Your usage option on the app is only for calls and not broadband as all the packages have unlimited usage, do you use the phone line to make calls?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Think I've tracked it down to a DNS thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use dns.adguard.com in my settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switched to auto and things load up now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
