Recreate Sync From Existing Cloud Backup

Hi,

I've replaced a faulty hard drive on my PC. How do I recreate the sync to an existing backup? I tried downloading the backup, but it's several 100GB of photos, so it fails. Downloading individual folders will take forever. Can I tell the app to sync my (empty) local folder with the cloud backup, and get it to download everything?
