BT Cloud - iPhone Document Backup

Hello. How do I backup my documents on my iPhone? When I look at the settings ‘What to Backup’ Documents are not an option. Thanks

After many weeks (months?) trying to get an answer I’ve just got a definitive answer from the Tier 2 team.

Apparently BTCloud does not back up Documents or Messages on the iPhone - By Design!

So we’ll need to keep using iCloud to reliably back everything up.

Frustratingly the BT Cloud documentation still says that “… it’s easy to backup documents on your iPhone.. “ ( or something similar) I asked if all such phrases could be removed. Very misleading.
