&lt;P&gt;Sorry that you can't access the Cloud service. If you're still experiencing this problem I've sent you a Private Message so you can get on touch with the Mod team and we'll raise this to the Cloud team for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>BT Cloud not activating</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am trying to access my BT Cloud space for the first time, using the instruction I manage to get to the page on the website where I click&amp;nbsp; the "Activate" button. When I click it, the loading sequence appears but just goes back to the main dashboard screeen. When I check if it has been activated, it still shows "Activate" on the button and I cannot access the Cloud.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas, going by other posts is this something that needs fixed from BTs side?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
