&lt;P&gt;Check you have no open orders on your account as this can cause this error message until the order is completed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also if you have more than one account on your BTID that you're trying to view the correct account on the app.&lt;/P&gt;

It’s been like this for weeks now. I can login with my 4 digit code and see my home page but this message appears when I try to access my bills or usage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phoned BT and they didn’t know what to do. My app has the latest update already. I can access my account through safari but not through the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help or have any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried uninstalling the app and installing it again as this often helps to resolve issues. If you haven't already then I would suggest you try this.&lt;/P&gt;
