I have an existing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which I've been paying Microsoft directly for my son, how do I go about claiming the 12 months so I don't have to pay Microsoft anymore?

Hi @GordonJones12,

To order the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on BT, log into your MyBT.

When you are logged in, scroll down until you see 'Your offer's. There's an option to add the Xbox Game Pass. Make sure it says there will be a discount. Any issues, let me know.
