      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed Norton Security on my new Macbook, but the Live Update doesn't seem to work properly, showing cannot connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone else has the same problem? Any setting needs to be done on the Macbook?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much in advance!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Andy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I'm having the same problem. &amp;nbsp;I tried the Norton website for instructions on how to set automatic updates but it doesn't match the BT version of Norton that we have on our MacBooks. &amp;nbsp;This is from Norton support pages:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;MAKE SURE THAT NORTON AUTOMATIC LIVEUPDATE IS TURNED ON&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open your Norton device security product.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you see the &lt;STRONG&gt;My Norton&lt;/STRONG&gt; window, next to &lt;STRONG&gt;Device Security&lt;/STRONG&gt;, click &lt;STRONG&gt;Open&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the Norton product main window, click &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; window, click &lt;STRONG&gt;Antivirus&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the &lt;STRONG&gt;Antivirus&lt;/STRONG&gt; settings window, click the &lt;STRONG&gt;Updates&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the &lt;STRONG&gt;Automatic LiveUpdate&lt;/STRONG&gt; row, move the switch to &lt;STRONG&gt;On&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click &lt;STRONG&gt;Apply&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; window, click &lt;STRONG&gt;Close&lt;/STRONG&gt;."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
