Parental controls not working

My BT parental controls has never worked since I moved home (fine at old address). I have tried everything, help pages on BT.com, reset hub, phoned bt customer services, but nothing works. I recently moved to a new hub (Smart Hub 2) & hoped that might help the situation, but it's still the same, all websites that would usually be blocked can easily be accessed. Can someone please let me know how this can be resolved.

Hi @clairet76 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're parental controls stopped working after you moved home. There is likely a data mismatch on the system that puts the controls on your broadband and we'll be able to get a case raised to get that looked into.
