Hi,

Anyone struggling with getting Norton?

I have had Norton check the issue remotely and I've asked BT and neither can fix the issue!

Any suggestions BT have offered have yet to work.

I have installed and reinstalled!

Anyone have the same issue???? How did you fix it???

I'm having an issue with downloading Norton too and can't seem to get an answer. I'm still trying to get it fixed, I'll let you know if I manage to get it sorted if you're still having an issue.
