Parental Control Not Working

I need assistance as I am losing my mind!

I have activated my parental control but I have never gotten it to work..

I have tried all the troubleshooting, making sure the DNS (Protocol V4 & V6) are both set to auto on all devices, checked I have a BT DNS on all devices, hard reset the router, soft reset the router, deactivated /reactivated the parent control and even deleted old BT A/C's I had to make sure that's not causing issues. This really should not be this hard.

I've contacted BT Webchat around 5 times to help and they all say it should work now.

I have Fibre with BT Halo 3 can someone please help or offer another solution to test?
