BT Cloud Storage

Good Afternoon

I have decided to leave BT with my change over happening in just under two weeks time.

I have received a letter from BT telling me what I will loose when I leave with one item being Cloud Stoarge.

I have never used BT Cloud Storage but I thought I would check anyway to see if anything was stored there. I have checked everything, photos, documents etc. and all are showing as no data. Every single folder states there is nothing in it.

The actual storage I have access too is 200GB. It states I am using 1KB of that storage and yet as above every folder has no data in it.

I know 1KB is minimal but how do I find out what is using up this amount of storage?

The empty folders will account for your 1KB of data. Delete all the folders and empty the trash then forget about it.

The folders were created by BT and not myself. There is no option to delete them. As they are all empty I will leave them alone.
