      <title>App not showing billing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My BT app has never shown mobile billing or usage. I always get the error: "sorry, we can't show your mobile usage at the moment" or "sorry, your billing and usage isn't available at the moment".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else solved this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you checked on the web at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://home.bt.com/login/loginform?TARGET=$SM$https://my.bt.com/s/apps/appsmybt/#/home"&gt;BT.com Log in&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and see if you can see the usage there or get the same error?&lt;BR /&gt;Are you using an IOS or Android device?&lt;BR /&gt;Try uninstalling and install the app again to see if that resolves the issue.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Do you have more than 1 account linked to your BTID? If yes, then you will be able to change to the other account from the drop-down option beside your account number.&lt;/P&gt;
