BT cloud for mac

I have an iMAc with OS 10.13. BT cloud recently updated but the newer version is incompatible with 10.13. I cannot install 10.14 and cannot find an old version to re-install.

Any ideas?

You can do it manually via Safari but that's not much good it it's a full back-up you want.

Hi Dode,

I'm not sure how this is done manually via Safari. What I am trying to do is install a BT Cloud version that is compatible with OS 10.13.

My version was fine untill yesterday when I updated following some prompting. The new version installed (22.8.10) - and then wouldn't open due to incompatibility with 10.13. And there are no otions to install an old s/w version of BT Cloud.

To do it Manually go to - My BT> Your Products> Broadband> BT Cloud> BT Cloud in you browser. From there you can organise, upload or download your files but it would be slow trying to do a full backup that way. It might do you until BT get round to producing a compatible version.
