    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/284005"&gt;@Subie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The app was updated in October to version 8.34.1, have you tried that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also have you tried deleting app cache and data from your phone and starting from afresh.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The process may vary a little depending on your phone but generically it's something like Settings/Apps &amp;amp; Data/MyBT&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The app is no longer working. It requested that I update it through play store however, even after doing so, I am still getting the same message. I have uninstalled twice and downloaded again with the same result. I can now no longer control hub access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Absolutely no sense,&amp;nbsp; tells you it has been updated, so go to store to update,&amp;nbsp; BUT ITS ALREADY THERE...No option to update just open or uninstall.....stupid..even tried to uninstall and reinstall but nope same silly nonsense message&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;To whomever can Help please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;This morning I clicked on My Bt app&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It prompted me to to update to latest version- click OK and took me to Play Store&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I click on install&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It installs and version 8.29.4 dated &lt;A href="calendar:T2:23 February 2022" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;23 February 2022&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I click on Open&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It starts the app and then prompts to install the latest version&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am going round in circles....&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I have uninstall, reinstalled,&amp;nbsp; force stopped,&amp;nbsp; restarted my mobile and various other things - same result!&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Is 8.29.4dated 23 February the latest? Or is Play Store got an older version?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Please help me.....&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After the latest update, it asks me to log in which it accepts, then asks to input a pin twice which appears to except, but then the app shuts down. I have uninstalled it several times and reinstalled it, but still shuts down. I have an iPhone 13 and iPad Pro, both have latest IOS 15.5, and both have same problem. Before the update it was working fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I’m quite techy &amp;nbsp;but have come to the conclusion it’s just not going to work for my equipment and will just have to use the web interface instead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
