Can’t open BT Norton on my iMac.

Can’t open BT Norton on my iMac.

I have reinstalled Norton security to my iMac (OS Monterey v12.6) and when selecting the Norton Icon it is showing "Norton Security Pending" and does’t move on.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I did a search for “Norton Security Pending” but didn’t see an answer to fix this problem.

Hi, Uninstalled BT Norton and did a new download from BT site. Still the same problem after new install "Norton Security Pending" and S/W does’t fully install..

I get the same message and have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times but simply doesn't get past that message.. How did you fix it?

Hi, I had to reinstall macOS/factory reset. Update file from BT Tech didn't fix the problem.
