Yet More Norton Virus Problems

Ever since l have installed Norton on my laptop it has been a disaster. 😡

My laptop is now running extremely slowly all the time, so I have moved to using my Apple IPad.

It does not need Norton!! 😀

There is a Norton icon showing but it has a red padlock on it. I cannot open Norton and I get messages that I have to renew my subscription even though I’m already paying BT for it.

Windows Defender also has a yellow triangle on it. I have absolutely no idea what is going on.

As a BT customer, I am angry that I have to spend my time clearing up the mess BT has created.

I never had these problems with McAfee.

Any suggestions as to how to get my laptop back in action.

If you're running Windows 10 or above then ditch Norton and revert to the vastly superior Windows Defender.

If you have problems uninstalling it then there is an uninstaller available for free download on the Norton site, that alone should tell you how Norton rate their own product.
