    <description>&lt;P&gt;With RAW Sony .arw files, They may take alot of CPU r&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;esources &lt;/SPAN&gt;on the server side to generate the thumbnails so is possible .arw files have been disabled for that matter, However the error you get "&lt;EM&gt;please try again later or download image to your computer and try viewing it there. &lt;/EM&gt;" sounds like it stored in the BT cloud fine and will have to download to view them files.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>BT Cloud uploading / viewing RAW files</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to upload some of my RAW (Sony .arw) files. When they've been uploaded they show as blank thumbnails. If I click on any of them the 'viewer' screen says &lt;EM&gt;There was an error while loading this image, please try again later or download image to your computer and try viewing it there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All other files e.g. Jpeg, PDF all display thumbnails and open to view ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've trawled BT cloud help pages but there is nothing that mention RAW files.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;There is very little on the web or in forums that relate to my problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
