Xbox gamepass ultimate

Hi ,

My gamepass ultimate subscription is not active. I should have an active subscription till July 2023.

I called BT on the 3rd Jan 23 and requested that this gets sorted. Still noting. Whenever I go onto my Xbox or use the gamepass app on pc it just tells me to upgrade my subscription. I have checked my Microsoft account and that says I don’t have an active subscription.

can anyone help please. Until this is sorted my Xbox is practically a brick. I’ve not been impressed by this level of service.
