BT virus protect and norton password manager

i am trying to activate BT Virus Protect and Norton Password manager but I keep getting a server error. I am the account holder and I have only 1 account. How can I resolve this problem?

Hi @WellG welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

Please would you check that you've claimed the Account Holder Status. Go to My BT > Your Details > Account and click “I should be the Account holder”

What type of device are you trying to set this up on? ie PC, Laptop, Mobile etc

Hi John,

Thanks for the quick reply, I already am the account holder and no option for me to claim the account is being presented. There is only me who can manage the account as well. I am trying to install on a laptop and with my product i have upto 15 licenses available, I currently have virus protect on my mobile.
