Parental Controls do not show as being activated.

When accessing parental controls through security management, it only presents an option to 'Activate' despite my having pressed this multiple times over a period of a couple of months, and also being apparently activated already.

It's presenting a problem since I can't manage which sites I'd like to be blocked etc. I can't even completely disable the feature.

Has anybody had a similar issue? I tried to contact support OTP but to no avail.
