Norton anti virus new laptop

Trying to load Norton on my new laptop and get the following message;

An unexpected system error occurred and we can’t display your information at this time. Please try again later.

Any suggestions on how to load Norton?

Not a direct answer but I haven't run any anti-virus bar Windows Defender for probably 12 years or so. Number of viruses contracted in that time? - 0.

Thanks. I am already using Norton on another laptop and have upgraded my wifes. I cant load it on the new one just get an error message. The link wasnt of use.

Have you maybe run out of licences? Starting point is two I believe.

Depends how many licences your package entitles you to. Is it listed on your original order confirmation?

Even if you uninstall, I don't know if other action is required to release the licence. You really need input from someone that's used it on multiple devices.
