Parental controls not blocking websites

I upgraded my wifi (same box) in December and moved to digital voice. I now realise my parental controls are not working. I have tried resetting the box. Can anyone help me?

I am sorry to see that you're experiencing problems with your parental controls. I take it you can see that they are active when you log into your MyBT? What filter are they set at?

Thank you for replying, I contacted tech support and the block seems to be working now!
