My question is simple - is BT Virus Protect free or not? Looking at my products, it says "Included with broadband" yet when I get an email link to use it on another device, I also get the message, "You'll get the first month free. After that, it'll cost £4.18 a month." So, which is it?

BT broadband customers get either 2 or 15 licences of Norton free as standard, as part of their broadband package. You can check your entitlement on MyBT.

If you are entitled to 2 licences for free but want to get 15 licences, you can upgrade to 15 licences by paying £4.18 a month with the first month free.
