Hi @DarrenW I also have the same issue. My parental controls arent blocking anything even after going through all the steps recommended through the live chat and over the phone.

Could you help me make my parental controls actually work? Best wishes, JP.

Hey @jimpatty179 - You don't seem to have Parental Controls turned on at the moment, if you turn it on and still have issues let me know.

Hi @jimpatty179 Thanks for speaking with me today, I'm glad the parental controls are working again. With the help of @DarrenW a records issue was fixed and this resolved the problem with your parental controls.
