Parental Controls Not Working

Hi,

My parental controls aren't working.

I used to use them and since going full fibre I never really realised they weren't working until I thought I best set it up (I thought maybe they needed setting up again) but no.

I can set and block anything and it still lets me view the websites.

I am using BT DNS Servers so I think it needs someone BT side to sort this for me.
