    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a BT landline customer already, but have applied for a BT fibre broadband account. The order is in process, but it will be a few weeks until I am connected up at home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The BT site states that I should immediately have access to the BT Wifi network when I am out and about, even before I am fully set up at home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I look at the account page, there is a little green tick next to the BT Wifi service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when I try to connect to the BT Wifi hotspot on my mac which appears in my available networks, I get a 'Username/Password' error and i cannot connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas what the issue might be? - I have tried phoning their helpline, but the guy on the other end was not able to help [or perhaps understand fully the issue I am having].&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a BT landline customer already, but have applied for a BT fibre broadband account.
