Game Pass Issue

Hiya

I had the ultimate game pass activated and all was fine and working, however i was temporarily locked out of my microsoft account and since sorting that and signing back in, i no longer have the ultime pass.

In my app its still showing as an active subscription.

Could i get some help with this please?
