      <title>MyBT App log in on android</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have, in the past, used the MyBT app on my Pixel 6 with biometric login. I came to use the app today but no biometic login option and it reverted to username and password. I entered my details and got the following message "Opps ...sorry something went wrong. Please close the app and try again"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have deleted the cache, all data, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, turned my phone off/on and I still get the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can however log in via my laptop without any issues&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried disabling 2SA but no change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone else have the same problem ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you try and change your MyBT password and then try our app on your Pixel 6 phone?&lt;/P&gt;
