MyBT App log in on android

Hi All

I have, in the past, used the MyBT app on my Pixel 6 with biometric login. I came to use the app today but no biometic login option and it reverted to username and password. I entered my details and got the following message "Opps ...sorry something went wrong. Please close the app and try again"

I have deleted the cache, all data, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, turned my phone off/on and I still get the same issue.

I can however log in via my laptop without any issues

I tried disabling 2SA but no change.

Does anyone else have the same problem ?

Thanks for getting in touch. I am very sorry to see that this is happening.

Can you try and change your MyBT password and then try our app on your Pixel 6 phone?
