BT sport error ID003

I am getting error ID003 when trying to access the BT sport App.

I should be receiving free as am on a £20 contract with BT mobile

any help will be appreciated

Thanks I will reply as have been in a queue on phone for 2 hours trying to resolve and also online chat for over an hour
