Welcome and thanks for posting. I have moved your post to start your own thread discussion.

I am sorry for the problems adding the Xbox Game Pass. When you log into your BTID, and you're on the home page; scroll down and you should see something similar to this:

Can you double check and let me know how you get on please? If you're still having problems we'll pick up from here and give you a hand.
