bt virus protect

Just upgraded to full fibre and tried to upgrade the virus protect from mcfee to norton but all I get is server error any ideas. Have tried uninstalling mcfee but still no good.

As I have just upgraded to full fibre I tried to install Norton version of bt virus protect . It didn't wort so uninstalled the McFee version and tried again. still didn't work. Any ideas how to get either version working on my pc as I a relying on windows virus/fire wall at the moment.

Which is just as good as either of the other 2.

I posted the second message as I didn't get a reply from the first one. I still cant get bt virus protect to work.

That is not a reason to start a second thread!

Did you uninstall McAffee using the uninstall tool?
