Can’t activate Wi-Fi from extras menu.

Hi, I’m trying to reactivate the Wi-Fi from extras, but when I click to sign up it just spins around for a bit then refreshes and takes me back to the beginning.

Hi @NuttyS,

I am sorry that you can't opt in. This is something that we are investigating. I don't have a fix date as of yet but it is a priority.

@DanielS unfortunately, this problem is here for months now, and no solution…

Once I do opt out from BT Wifi, and when I would like now opt back in, ups, no working (and not worked at least last 5 months), but supposedly, my SH2 had BT Wifi active on it, but this diminish about 3 months ago, and now it’s at least HW in line as I do not provide (and therefore not have access to) to this service…

Any attempt to figure out via phone means: it should works fine… response…

@DanielS If this is a priority, I would hate to think how many years it would take to fix something that wasn't a priority!!!!!

I had to call the BT wifi team directly to get it running again and properly opted back in..
