    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having had the BT Cloud service for a number of years, I recently encountered problems when login into the service both via the app and website.&amp;nbsp; I keep getting 'BT Cloud is no longer available. Error Code UN2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was definitely registered prior to the Oct 22 cut off, and have read previous posts regarding this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way I can have the service restored please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the BT Community and thank you for posting!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am sorry for the problems you're having accessing BT Cloud. &amp;nbsp;It was available to customers who took BT Broadband and registered for the Cloud service before 26th October 2022. &amp;nbsp;I understand that you've said you had it set up before that date.&lt;/P&gt;
