      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Robbie&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem with signing into the bt app . Closed the existing account which was in my wife surname and was given a new account number. Now when I try to create a new BT app account the message says that email already exists, and I can't go any further.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony&lt;/P&gt;</description>
