By cloud error on iOS

Hi can anyone help please ?

I am trying to log into bt cloud on iPhone but each time receive an error code mb5-06 bt cloud is no longer available, it works just fine on my android but not on here despite re-downloading the app multiple times, any help would be appreciated

I am sorry that it's not working right on your iPhone but it's good to see that it's working as it should be on your android phone.

Can you still log into our website for BT Cloud?

No unfortunately I can’t it just takes me to the app or to the App Store once I remove the app, now that I have logged out on android I also get the same error message when logging in so I can’t access it anywhere, could you please help me out as I need the access for work. Thank you

Are you able to get logged into our website through a PC or laptop rather than trying it solely on phones or tablets?
