Xbox game pass 12 month code

Hi I upgraded to Full Fibre 900 and halo back in February and still haven’t received any information about Xbox game pass 12 month code. I’ve checked my emails just now how long does it normally take.

So what i recieved:

Your broadband package has Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12 months included. Get started at bt.com/mybt — head for Your Products, scroll to the Content Partner section and click Add Now. Make sure you log into the Microsoft account you'd like to add your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to.

Then on 4 May - email:

It didn't appear in there until the 6th though!

@McGrath1982 can you try the steps @Crimliar posted? You need to log in to MyBT with your BT ID details on a web browser, click Your Products and then scroll to the content partners section and it should be available to be claimed.
