Returns Bag for equipment

I want to return the Mini Hub but need a bag to do so, can anyone give me a link to where I can get the returns bag please, it's entirely not visible in MyBT and they have no search function to look for it on the site

Replying to my own question here!

If you log in to your BT account through the email that BT send you, then a 'Return my Product' button is shown on your home page.

Click that and you can then order a bag or follow alternative instructions if you already have one.
