Regain control of Game Pass through Microsoft

Hey there, hope you’re all well!

Is there any chance I could get the details on how to regain control of my account through Microsoft please? I got the free GamePass from BT and that part of it has expired, however I now can’t manage my subscription via Microsoft as they say go to BT and I can’t manage it from BT either so I’m a bit stuck
