      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not able to login to my BT Cloud account. &amp;nbsp;It could be that my phone/broadband accounts have changed. &amp;nbsp;Can someone please help me to get access again. &amp;nbsp;I get error code MB5-06 with "BT Cloud is no longer available", from my iPhone app and from a web browser on my Mac. &amp;nbsp;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When was the last time you were able to access it?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The BT Cloud login is linked to the BT ID. If the old BT ID has been deleted, it wouldn't automatically transfer the BT Cloud to the new ID.&lt;/P&gt;
